Every time the High Life bottle is in frame, it’s going to look amazing, full stop.
I want to treat it almost like a piece of still-life photography — carefully composed, beautifully lit, and always given enough presence to feel intentional without ever feeling overly precious.
The clear glass is especially exciting to light. It gives us so much to play with — reflections, refractions, highlights, and the warm colour of the beer itself. Light can pass through the bottle, catch on its edges, and create little pockets of glow and texture.
Against the rich, painterly quality of the 4x5 image, I think the bottle can become a really beautiful visual anchor, while perhaps leaning into some more unconventional framing choices that shy away from the tired, symmetrical pack shot.
Either way, whenever the High Life bottle is on screen, it’s gonna look good enough to want to reach in and drink it.
