POOL / KITCHEN COMBO

This is a boutique hotel, PNW meets Palm Springs, mid-century DREAM pool that, with our selected art direction, is flat out the best-looking pool we are gonna get for our liking. It’s large, interestingly shaped, can be framed in a way that feels big, and truly gives that hotel vibe. The outdoor space and deck are just asking for those styled repeated chairs, perhaps a mini bar, and some upscale accouterments. 

The best part about this, though, is we can turn right around and have three distinct locations inside for our KD product and pack shots. What I love about mid-century houses is that, while the outdoor and common spaces are impeccable, open, and bright— most kitchens weren’t used all that much! So they remain small, refined, and not excessive.

This spot also has a great little dining area for a separate room, and a downstairs modest garden suite (which has it’s own level onto a completely different back patio and yard section) to give one of our younger talent a “bowl of KD on the couch and coffee table” option.

    Important to note— we are second hold on this. We need to act if we want this place, and I cannot stress enough that pool options are difficult. 

    I want to move on this one as quickly as possible to get approval to book it.
