DEAN AND HARVEY HOUSE
LOCATION B
We like this location a lot as well. Where I would say our biggest differences are is that the exterior reads less immediately as “working ranch” — even though it ALSO is a working farm.
The interior definitely leans more working class, and I will say there is a myriad of art and props to pull from within the house itself. I also believe the geometry and layout of the house are better suited for more immediately pleasing shots — for instance, the kitchen is perfect, and the island can move! (and there's a guest cabin with a second kitchen option!)
All that said, it’s less grandiose, less Dutton ranch in my mind.
In all, both of these are strong picks, and I believe we would get a great spot out of either. While I might be leaning towards option A, I would not lose sleep if everyone on the client side came back liking option B.
